In today's economy you really have to be a successful business owner, or have a high paying job to own a nice home in a nice community. No matter where you live, the cost for having a home in a nice and peaceful community alone will cost you. I was recently having a conversation over coffee with a co wholesaler buddy of mines about, which type of homes these days are the most affordable. Needless to say we both arrived to the same conclusion, that the tiny homes are the most affordable. If you need proof just take a little cruise around your local neighboring neighborhoods, there are local villages and communities of tiny homes popping up everywhere.
Why pay $246,550.00 for a 3 bed & 2 bath which is the medium for most neighborhoods, in most states. When you can pay $65,000.00 for a tiny home and park it in your family's or friend yard, you
could pay for land at cost much cheaper. Investors are lining up to participate in buying lots of land and building tiny home villages, and local communities. In case you haven't notice, the ressession has already hit the housing market. There's this show I like to watch called Tiny Homes, lol how ironic right. Nonetheless, there's a brief 15 minutes where the two guys hosting the show. Pulls the buyers to the side and on a intimate level, asks them are you sure you are ready for this life changing decision you're about to commit too.
Most guest who come on to this show to find their new dream tiny home, are excited and can't wait to leave what they have behind. Then you have those guests who are unsure, and are only downsizing because they can no longer afford what they have.
