Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world, he who understands it....earns it....he who doesn't pays it.
No truer words has ever been said, because this is all facts. I wanted to take a moment to address the importance, of investing. These days investing in companies, has been become more accessible and affordable even. There are so many options verses ten years ago, when almost everything was connected to the NSE.
Believe it or not, even you as a entity participates in the New York Stock Exchange. Your birth certificate is printed on license and bonded paper, there are little red numbers on the back at the very bottom. You have even herd of the term, straw man. This is not a coincidence, it's all by design.
But that's another article for another time, in my quest to make money while I was asleep. I did some due diligence, of all the current available options. If you have a nine to five like most people, consider opening a retirement account. I've found that a deferred ira account, serves the purpose just fine. Should you loose your job, you won't be able to keep the benefits that came with it.
The best type of (roi) or return on interest, is compound interest. My first intuition, was tax liens. A brokerage account isn't a bad idea either, if you have a lump some of money. A brokerage account, is a good way to put that money to work for you.
Even in a recession, you can earn a passive income by investing in real estates. Regardless if you're knowledgeable about real estate investments or not, you can purchase properties. Rent them out and pay them off, from there you have plenty of options to pull equity. You could invest in a vacation home, and run a bed and breakfast.
